The Position Specifics
The Culinary Specialist at Snooze is responsible for ensuring that every dish is crafted with exceptional quality and care. Our line cooks are the heart of our kitchen, preparing the best breakfast items for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Familiarize yourself with all menu items, recipes, and plating standards.
- Utilize various kitchen equipment to prepare a diverse range of food items.
- Ensure a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to health department regulations and Snooze guidelines.
Is This Role For You?
Culinary Specialists at Snooze are:
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated team players.
- Experienced, with at least 1 year in the culinary field.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, preferably with 6 months in a high-volume kitchen.
- Effective communicators with management and staff.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
