Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing commercial roofing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Estimating: Review proposals, blueprints, and other documents to estimate the necessary resources for commercial roofing projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client Management: Schedule and run meetings with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the construction process to ensure work is done to code and meets quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management and/or estimating.
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing products, systems, and manufacturers' specifications.
