What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Senior Associate to join our Private Client Services Assurance practice in our Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a growing environment and provide clients with exceptional services.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines. They will also build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.

We're looking for someone who is up-to-date on new accounting standards and their impact on clients. The ideal candidate will also be able to brainstorm new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a working knowledge of the client's business
  • Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks and meeting client deadlines
  • Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maintain relationships with firm leadership
  • Stay up-to-date on new accounting standards and their impact on clients
  • Brainstorm new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems
Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent field. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of assurance experience, preferably with closely held or family-owned businesses.

A CPA or parts passed towards completion is preferred, as well as a Master's degree in Accounting or an equivalent field. We strongly believe in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
