Job Overview:

At CCG Business Solutions, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will play a critical role in assisting lawyers with complex legal matters.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, with at least 5 years of litigation experience. You will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, preparing, and interpreting complex legal documents related to litigation matters. Your strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Litigation Support: Provide fundamental assistance to lawyers in all aspects of litigation, including document review, research, and preparation of materials for depositions.
  • Document Management: Organize, review, and maintain documents and case files, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • eDiscovery: Conduct electronic document reviews, coordinate productions of documents with attorneys, and conduct searches of production databases for relevant documents.
  • Coordination: Partner and coordinate with internal resources and outside vendor services to develop efficient procedures and streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of paralegal experience and 5 years of litigation experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, web-based conference call/web-sharing applications, transcript management applications, online research, and internet search resources.
