About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Specialist - Investigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation paralegal work, including research, document review, and case management. This role requires a strong working knowledge of legal research tools and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation teams.
  • Assist attorneys with drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Review materials in discovery for relevancy and privilege and prepare privilege logs.
Requirements:
  • ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET federal security clearance.
  • FIVE (5) or more years of relevant experience such as litigation paralegal experience or FOIA analyst experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of legal research tools.
