Job SummaryThe Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant I is an exciting opportunity to expand your role in healthcare. As a member of our team, you will perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C license scope. You will work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and front office staff to ensure comprehensive healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive healthcare outcomes
- Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting, requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
- Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Medical assistant certification from an accredited training program
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license
- Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain through an in-house training program
- Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or other medical facility (exceptions may be made for applicants applying to Idaho positions)
