Job Summary

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant I is an exciting opportunity to expand your role in healthcare. As a member of our team, you will perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C license scope. You will work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and front office staff to ensure comprehensive healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive healthcare outcomes
  2. Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting, requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
  3. Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
  4. Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Medical assistant certification from an accredited training program
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license
  • Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain through an in-house training program
  • Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or other medical facility (exceptions may be made for applicants applying to Idaho positions)
