We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic LVN to join our team as a Per Diem Employee Health Nurse. This role requires collaboration with physicians, other medical providers, and patients to provide expert care and service for fertility treatment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting new hire screenings and annual employee health screenings, as well as coordinating vaccinations and maintaining accurate vaccination and health records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire screenings and annual employee health screenings for clinical staff
  • Coordinate vaccinations for clinical staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate vaccination and health records for clinical new hires and existing staff
  • Provide resource support for employees following work-related illnesses or injuries
  • Notify HR of any staff work-related incidents for appropriate Workman's Compensation paperwork and notification
