Job Summary:

Leoforce is seeking a skilled Tracheostomy and Ventilator LPN Nurse to join our team. As a Tracheostomy and Ventilator LPN Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care to patients in a clinical setting
Conduct clinical assessments, document patient information, and ensure compliance with nursing care and policies
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies

Preferred Qualifications:

Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
Home health experience

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
Must be able to travel
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance
Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
Must be able to sit and climb stairs
Must have visual and hearing acuity
Must have a strong sense of smell and touch
Must be able to appropriately respond physically and mentally to emergency situations in the home or during transport
