Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of content marketers across multiple client accounts, including B2B and B2C.
  • Develop and execute day-to-day content planning, including ideation, scheduling, editing, and promotion.
  • In B2C, manage link acquisition activities and stay up-to-date on best practices for outreach markets and link building.
  • In B2B, be aware of strategies to generate links, such as passive link acquisition and niche outreach markets.
  • Communicate with clients through monthly reporting and regular email and phone check-ins.
  • Reflect our 'strive to be better' attitude by pushing content quality forward and uncovering new opportunities or processes to grow our clients.
  • Stay on top of content marketing trends and educate and train team members.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in a content marketing role with a focus on SEO-driven blog content.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a team of content marketing professionals.
  • Intermediate-level understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Ability to learn new topics quickly and be a technical subject matter expert.
Preferred Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience working with a remote team.
  • Experience with outreach and confidence in reviewing team members' work.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and an eye for good web design.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00-$87,000.00 DOE. This position is 100% remote and based in the US.
