**About the Role**

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to lead our Medicare-certified home health office in Glendale, AZ. As a Home Health Director, you will be responsible for managing and operating the office, including business development, budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care
* Develop and implement business strategies to grow the office
* Manage and oversee the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by staff
* Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation

**Requirements**

* At least 2 years of progressive health care management experience
* Bachelor's degree required
* Management experience within a Medicare Certified Home Care Agency
* Proven track record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increased responsibility
