About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Professional to join our team at Elco Child Care Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement daily routines and activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Coordinate and lead activities that foster socialization, creativity, and exploration.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement weekly lesson plans that align with the Montessori educational approach.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need for support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in child care or education is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
