Key Responsibilities:
System Ownership:
Design and implement sophisticated systems and tools aimed at delivering an exceptional gameplay experience.

Autonomy:
As a Senior Engineer, you will lead discussions regarding requirements with other teams, pinpoint project necessities, and manage your workload independently.

Workflow Optimization:

Assess workflows to ensure that other teams can efficiently execute their tasks and troubleshoot issues using Unreal Engine 5.


Quality Assurance:
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues as they occur, ensuring high-quality output.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will provide guidance on the range and benefits applicable to your specific location.

Electronic Arts has outlined the base salary ranges it expects to offer applicants for this role, based on various relevant business and candidate factors, including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES:

  • California (depending on location): $161,100 - $239,700 USD Annually

  • British Columbia (depending on location): $133,400 - $193,200 CAD Annually

Base salary is just one component of the overall compensation at Electronic Arts. In the US, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours of sick leave annually, 16 paid company holidays, 10 weeks of paid parental leave, and various insurance options.

In British Columbia, we offer a similar benefits package, including vacation, sick leave, and paid top-up for parental leave, along with extended health coverage.
