Job Overview:

  • Design and implement high-efficiency control algorithms for electric systems, including motor-generators, power inverters, and energy storage solutions.
  • Develop and sustain simulation and deployable models for evaluating system performance.
  • Extract plant and control models, validate them through simulations and testing, and execute them via auto-coding or manual coding.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, test, and improve motor control systems and power solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop high-fidelity simulation models of electrical components and systems.
  • Leverage models to investigate parameter dependencies and sensitivities for optimal motor control.
  • Debug and validate embedded software and systems across various operational environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in electric motor control and modeling.
  • Extensive knowledge of motor control algorithms, power conversion technologies, and energy storage systems.
  • Proven experience in modeling, simulating, and implementing control algorithms.
  • Expertise in embedded C programming, digital signal processors, and microcontroller platforms.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills.
