Role Summary

As a Restaurant Server, you will be pivotal in ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders and serving food and beverages, all while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests by following the established service sequence.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tables and guest requests.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, cooking methods, and presentation.
  • Effectively operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all guest interactions, ensuring a friendly and accommodating atmosphere.
  • Uphold cleanliness and professionalism in personal appearance and uniform, safeguarding company assets and confidential information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or a minimum of one (1) year experience in food and beverage service or a related field.
  • Experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate teamwork, empathy, friendliness, and initiative.
  • Ability to represent the establishment professionally to all guests.
