Job Title: Service Technician

At Leaf Home, we're committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your primary responsibility will be to service previously installed windows and doors at customer's homes based on established service ticket requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer homes to provide service to installed windows and doors.
  • Perform necessary services to gutter protection systems based on logged service ticket and onsite inspection.
  • Log services performed in service ticket system accurately and timely.
  • Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in basic remodeling, construction, or other related field.
  • Reliable truck, van, or SUV that can carry ladders.
  • Functioning tools.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without 'dropping the ball.'
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a 'roll up your sleeves' and 'today not tomorrow' mentality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in windows and door installation, repair, or inspection is a plus.

Travel Requirements:

  • More than 50% domestic travel required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal Office Environment and Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment.
  • Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and outside work in varying temperatures and climates.
  • Medium work. Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
