Land Surveyor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to join our team at EMH&T in Columbus, OH. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and managing survey projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and producing high-quality documents.
As a key member of our Survey team, you will work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. With years of experience managing survey-related tasks and projects, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing project requirements.
Responsibilities- Plan and manage survey projects from initiation to completion.
- Direct the work of the survey team to meet client scope, standards, and deadlines.
- Develop estimations and assist in establishing project timelines.
- Create construction staking plans, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, right-of-way surveys, plats, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and more.
- Collaborate with clients and engineers on specifications and modifications during project execution.
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Ohio.
- 5-8 years of broad survey experience.
- Experience managing and overseeing survey-related tasks and projects.
