Position Summary

As a Home Health RN, you'll conduct assessments, administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. You'll also maintain accurate records, provide emotional support, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted CA RN License
  • 1 year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting
  • Current AHA CPR certification
  • Valid Driver's License
