Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at WanHub. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of advanced warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular inventory counts to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform tasks such as labeling/scanning, sorting, packing over packs, creating overpack labels, and handling inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct QA checks during the pick and pack process to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Education: GED or high school diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Two or more years related experience or equivalent preferred.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), experience in inventory control and quality assurance, and experience with FedEx/containerization systems for creating overpack labels.

Working Conditions:

  • Continually required to stand.
  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds or up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to operate specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles including dollies, electric dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, and/or cherry pickers.

Pay and Benefits:

$18.00/hr.

Full-time position, may require long hours, weekend, and holiday work depending on operational/production needs.
