Job Description

This Sales Associate role at EssilorLuxottica requires an individual who can consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators. They must be able to utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings, assist patients in selecting frames, and maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate existing customer relationships and build new ones.
• Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings using optical prescriptions.
• Select frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
• Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $18.00-$23.50, depending on location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Additionally, you may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
