Cook Job Description

At FF Corp, we are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to meet the high standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and equipment.
  • Assemble and package food items, including sandwiches and salads.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as the overall kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food quality and safety, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
