Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with clients and, after comprehensive training, deliver technical insights and clarifications.
  • Conduct daily outbound communications with potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on all quotations.
  • Maintain account information using the company’s CRM platform.
  • Process sales orders and communicate estimated delivery timelines.
  • Handle RMAs as required.
  • Enhance job knowledge by exploring new products and engaging in educational initiatives.
  • Achieve organizational objectives and assist in projecting customer targets.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in inside sales or sales development within a technology environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, demanding atmosphere.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • A strong desire to learn and a self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues as they arise.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities.
  • Able to positively contribute as a member of a team.
