About the Role:
  • Lead research and analysis of federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and digital assets.
  • Assist with M&A tax structuring, internal restructuring, and draft emails and memos.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive tax solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
  • J.D. required (Tax LL.M. preferred).
  • Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tax LL.M.
  • Operating Partnership experience.
  • Strong proficiency with tax research databases (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint).
