Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process all parts orders efficiently
  • Oversee and maintain parts inventory
  • Create storage locations for incoming stock
  • Inform customers about the arrival of parts
  • Report any shortages or damages
  • Handle accessories and organize them appropriately
  • Prepare items for returns and shipping
  • Sort orders for various dealerships
  • Deliver parts to alternate locations
  • Perform light forklift operations
  • Process warranty-related scrap
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulations
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local industry regulations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in automotive parts sales is preferred
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must consistently lift over 10 pounds
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
