Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Titan Ventures. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and sales floor
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
