• Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage the lottery acceptance point and general postal and parcel service
• Assist customers with account changes, openings, and closures
• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers

• Commercial training or relevant work experience in the retail sector
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
