Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working weekend nights. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care in accordance with physician orders. You will work closely with our team to provide compassionate and personalized care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and report changes in condition to supervisors and physicians as needed
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
