Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise and promote Mondelz International's products in retail stores
  • Communicate with store employees to ensure our products are well-represented and easily accessible to customers
  • Stock shelves and maintain displays to ensure our products are visible and appealing to customers
  • Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
  • Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores to ensure compliance with Mondelz' DSD Merchandising Steps
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be able to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Be able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet the defined physical activities
