The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Energy Engineer to join our Technical Services team in Central Texas. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact energy and facility optimization consulting projects, leveraging your expertise in problem-solving, systems analysis, and data analysis to drive sustainability and efficiency for schools, university campuses, hospitals, data centers, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions for clients
  • Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement energy-saving plans
  • Provide technical recommendations and present findings to clients
  • Assist clients in implementing energy-saving measures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or equivalent field of study
  • Three plus years of experience in energy efficiency with a minimum of three years of relevant building energy analysis experience
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and controls systems such as Siemens, JCI, ATS, and others
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a consultative approach
