Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team at Primoris Renewable Energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining components and parts to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare workspaces, plan layouts, and identify, select, and use tools, equipment, machinery, and materials in accordance with guides, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform tasks such as adding and removing concrete, driving stakes, leveling earth, laying pipes, and preparing sub grades.
  • Participate in in-classroom learning requirements and engage with mentors to receive instruction and guidance.
  • Practice safety procedures, identify hazards, and demonstrate positive working habits.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions, use hand and power tools safely, and report to and assist immediate supervisors.
  • Perform quality work, account for tools and materials, and work well as part of a team.
  • Comply with company policies, including drug and alcohol abuse policies, and pass physical examinations as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to climb, maintain balance, and work at elevated heights.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to carry 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials and work extended hours on uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to work while wearing personal protective equipment and follow job site safety requirements.
  • Some industrial/construction/general labor experience and a team player mindset.
