We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our psychiatric department as we strive to provide comprehensive care management for patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support, care coordination services, and connections to essential resources for pediatric patients and families. Assist with navigating medical, behavioral health, and educational systems.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide emotional support, care coordination, resource connections, and assistance in navigating various systems for pediatric patients and their guardians, adhering to Medical Home guidelines.
  • Work with the clinical committee to develop screening and treatment protocols for children with mental health conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Track metrics and outcomes related to social services functions.
  • Deliver patient education through internal classes, external classes, or individual training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must hold a license from the Pennsylvania State Board to provide counseling (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent credentials).
  • Previous experience counseling individuals, couples, and/or families is required.
  • Applicants cannot maintain their own private practice or work with another group practice.
  • Experience working with adolescents is preferred.
