The Opportunity: Mental Health TherapistWe are seeking a passionate Mental Health Therapist to join our psychiatric department and contribute to providing coordinated care that supports the mental and emotional well-being of our patients. In this role, you'll collaborate with medical teams to offer holistic support across medical, behavioral health, and education systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional support, care coordination, and resource connection for pediatric patients and their families.
• Assist families in navigating medical, behavioral health, and educational systems to ensure comprehensive care.
• Deliver counseling services, particularly in crisis situations, for individuals and families, focusing on the adolescent population.
• Work closely with the clinical committee to develop and implement screening and treatment protocols for mental health conditions, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism, and learning disabilities.
• Track and report metrics related to social services to monitor outcomes and effectiveness.
• Provide patient education through internal and external classes or individualized training sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) are all encouraged to apply.
• Valid PA State License to provide counseling services.
• Experience in counseling individuals, couples, and families.
• Ability to work in a collaborative care environment—candidates cannot maintain a private solo practice or work with another group.
• Experience with adolescent counseling is a plus.
