About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief of Staff to join our team at Saisystems Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Value-Based Long Term Care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Oversight
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the goals of the ACO.
    • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and healthcare policy developments to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Executive Support
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel and operational support.
    • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and with external partners.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Implement performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track organizational KPIs and improve operational outcomes.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of ACO operations and performance.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in budget development and financial planning processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation alignment with strategic priorities.
    • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, government agencies, and community organizations.
    • Represent the ACO at industry conferences, forums, and public events to enhance visibility and promote organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, with specific experience in accountable care organizations preferred.
  • Knowledge of the MSSP program and its requirements preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
