Job Overview
At Kings Building Maintenance Inc, we are in search of a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of our residential properties. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting leasing agreements for new residents, ensuring that units are move-in ready, addressing maintenance requests promptly, collecting monthly rental payments, and monitoring daily financial activities. The Property Manager will also provide regular updates regarding the property's condition and any emerging issues.

Compensation: $20/hour

Employment Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Market available properties
  • Conduct property viewings for potential tenants and highlight all amenities
  • Screen prospective tenants through background checks and references
  • Process rental payments and issue receipts
  • Address tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants
  • Stay informed about local market trends and housing developments
  • Draft and enforce lease agreements
  • Regularly inspect properties and coordinate necessary maintenance
  • Provide administrative assistance and complete additional tasks as required

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in property management
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and leasing processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines

* Part-Time is defined as 28 hours a week
