Job Description:Complex Medical Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Complex Medical Unit team at Parkwest Medical Center. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and colleagues to provide high-quality care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records
Requirements:
  • Tennessee State RN license
  • CPR certification
  • New graduate or 1 year of experience in a similar role
About the Role:

This is a full-time position working three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend rotation. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a supportive team. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
