Job Description:Complex Medical Unit NurseWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Complex Medical Unit team at Parkwest Medical Center. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and colleagues to provide high-quality care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Tennessee State RN license
- CPR certification
- New graduate or 1 year of experience in a similar role
This is a full-time position working three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend rotation. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a supportive team. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
