Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Fort Mill Medical Center. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating their progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and address any concerns or questions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry advancements
  • Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which they reside
  • An Associate's degree in Nursing
  • One year of telemetry experience preferred, with CCRN certification also preferred
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required; ACLS certification required within the orientation period for ICU/CCU positions

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
