We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC). As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting.
Responsibilities:- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism.
- Collect data daily on individualized functional goals for each client with efficacy.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic setting for staff members, clients, and parents receiving services at ALC.
- Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy.
- Implement and collect data on behavioral skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and functional living protocols.
- Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized protocols.
- Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field.
- Experience working with children ages 0-16 in a classroom or 1:1 setting.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets.
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
