Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team. As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate patient care, client education, and support to our veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including pharmacy and medication administration, lab sample collection and processing, and diagnostic imaging
  • Assist with surgical preparation and anesthesia monitoring
  • Participate in client education and care, including medical recordkeeping and client communication
  • Support the veterinary team in delivering high-quality medical care

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
