Duties and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing medications, performing wound care, and providing patient education to promote healing and recovery.
- Documenting patient interactions, care provided, and progress toward established goals.

Essential Qualifications
To excel in this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing, possess current licensure as an LPN in the State of NH, and hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
