Mental Health Associate

LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Associate to join our team at Grace Medical Center. As a key member of our Residential Rehabilitation Program, you will play a vital role in providing psycho-social rehabilitative services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach and assist clients with daily living skills, such as shopping, budgeting, and food selections.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 3-5 clients and complete documentation on time.
- Work collaboratively with a team environment and effectively communicate through written and verbal formats.
- Perform case management duties, including procuring and linking clients to community resources.
- Conduct one-to-one and group sessions to teach Activities of Daily Living skills.
- Conduct outreach with clients in the community as needed.
- High School Degree/Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with the mentally ill.
- Valid Maryland State Driver's license with a maximum of 2 points.
- Valid CPR Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Good writing and grammar skills.
- Ability to perform basic computer Word functions and type at least 25 words per minute.
