As a Museum Collections Specialist, you will play a vital role within the University of Arizona's Arizona State Museum. This 1.0 FTE position is part of the Collections Division and reports directly to a Museum Specialist.
Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of this position is to function as a key member of the Collections Division team, ensuring compliance with cultural institutions' regulations and guidelines.
Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with museum staff to develop and implement effective collections management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to cultural institutions' regulations, including data entry, collections care, and research.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive records and databases for artifact collections.
