About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and ensuring that our stores meet our high visual standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines and ensuring that the store is meeting financial goals and providing World-Class service to our guests.
  • Perform operational functions in the assigned area of accountability, including sales, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Effectively perform the Selling Captain role, serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service.
  • Utilize Selling Essentials and training resources to educate team members on product knowledge, improve selling skills, and achieve business goals.
  • Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our People First Philosophy.
Requirements
  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
  • Ability to be active, standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting for extended periods of time.
  • 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in home-related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.
