About the Role

As a Project Manager, Field Visual Special Projects, you will be responsible for leading key workstreams within Retail Operations, Store Development, and Visual Merchandising. You will also oversee all visual merchandising databases of store maps and attributes, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.

Your role is critical to interact with cross-functional and cross-channel business partners to influence and represent the voice of visual merchandising in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with Retail Operations, Store Development, and Visual Merchandising teams.
  • Represent stores and visual merchandising with other business partners, acting as an advocate for stores.
  • Partner with Store Development and Real Estate teams on new store openings, refreshes, and remodels.
  • Partner with Visual Communications and Learning & Development teams on visual merchandising training programs.
  • Manage visual merchandising tests in the field.
  • Manage and maintain the Old Navy Store attribute database and store map files.
  • Embrace challenges, adapt to change, and actively seek feedback.
  • Brainstorm and implement new ideas and solutions with the team.
  • Understand store operations, employee experience, and what motivates or inspires internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing, and adapting to meet target dates.
  • Proven track record of events planning, managing projects, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
  • Retail stores experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
