Position Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is expected to demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering patient care. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the efficient flow of patients, including conducting screenings and assessments.
  • Providing education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and medication.
  • Administering medications and treatments per physician orders.
Qualifications

Required Credentials:

  • Current Florida RN Licensure or recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements).
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
  • Minimum of one year of acute care RN experience preferred.
