Role Summary and Requirements

As a Telemetry RN, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs requiring constant monitoring and assessment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patients with cardiovascular conditions, renal issues, and heart diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and plan patient care requirements.
  • Prioritize care based on patient acuity and available resources.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
  • Administer medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs.
  • Document and communicate patient conditions accurately using electronic health records.
  • Provide culturally competent care tailored to individual patient needs.

Position Qualifications:

  • Current Florida RN Licensure or recognized compact licensure.
  • Certifications in BLS and ACLS (AHA) are required.
  • EKG certification is preferred.
  • Previous nursing experience is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
