As a Behavior Specialist at The May Institute Inc, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with our exceptional team to provide invaluable training, supervision, and evaluation to our staff. Your creativity, attention to detail, and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring effective interventions and optimizing outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field, and be Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) and ABA State License (LABA) required. If you are a problem-solver with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges, and have demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families, we encourage you to apply.
