Certification Requirements: BLS and NIHSS certifications are mandatory for this position.

Job Requirements: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience in Rehab/Neuro specialty to join our team at Frazier Rehab. The ideal candidate will have experience with trach care and G-tube management, as well as a strong background in Med Surg. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on the Spinal Floor/Brain Injury unit, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule Information: The successful candidate will work a 7p-7a shift, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Weekend hours will be 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, every third weekend.

Unit Specific Information: The Spinal Floor/Brain Injury unit at Frazier Rehab has 28 beds, with a patient ratio of 1:6 during the day and 1:8 at night. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including tube feed, ventilator, trach care, Alaris IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound therapy, suction, and vents. The EMR system used is Cerner and ITW.
