The position requires a robust technical background and a comprehensive understanding of various engineering-related challenges, ensuring projects are completed within designated timelines and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in defining project scopes, budgeting, proposals, management, and scheduling.
  • Plan and implement renewable energy projects that tackle unique challenges affecting ECI's performance and reputation.
  • Take full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating work assignments.
  • Maintain communication with professionals both within and outside ECI to stay updated on a broad range of renewable energy topics.
  • Organize and supervise project teams in executing engineering tasks.
  • Exhibit technical excellence through recognized roles in technical committees or by authoring and presenting technical papers.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control in primary technical areas.
  • Manage teams of engineers, technicians, and project support members of varying sizes.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in engineering with sufficient experience as determined by management. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to manage large engineering projects effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a detail-oriented approach are essential. Candidates must also have the capacity to handle confidential information and exercise independent judgment. Occasional travel may be required.
