Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for managing multiple design projects, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
    • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Design Leadership
    • Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality design solutions
    • Develop and implement design concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Client Relationships
    • Nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
    • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their expectations are met
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the design team to achieve project goals
    • Provide guidance and support to junior designers, promoting their growth and development
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage project documentation, including design plans, specifications, and budgets
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote our services and projects

Requirements

  • Education
    • BS/BA in Interior Design or relevant field
  • Experience
    • 8+ years industry experience, with a notable portfolio of design work
  • Certifications
    • NCIDQ certification
  • Skills
    • Mastery of the design process, design techniques, and visual elements
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong leadership and project management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
