Job Title: Fiber Deployment Manager

Uniti is seeking a highly skilled Fiber Deployment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing multiple projects, ensuring the quality and integrity of our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Site Acquisition Coordinators and Field Technician teams.
  • Work closely with OSP and Operations teams to fulfill new service and maintain network integrity.
  • Guide and direct splicing operations to meet critical deadlines.
  • Assure quality implementation and customer communication.
  • Provide oversight of contract labor management.
  • Proactively plan for and deploy contractor resources.
  • Provide technical support and direction to staff and contractors.
  • Responsible for purchasing and budgeting.
  • Ensure quality control checks and resolve escalated customer problems.
  • Develop an effective frontline Leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of prior applicable experience.
  • Working knowledge of fiber plant design, construction, and implementation.
  • Familiar with QA/QC practices for fiber deployment.
  • Ability to manage others.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work multiple tasks in a stressful environment.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
