The Recovery Research Network is seeking a qualified Therapist to join our team in a correctional setting. As a Therapist, you will work with inmates in a substance use disorder treatment program located within the West Detention Center in Belle Glade, FL.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and evaluation services to inmates
- Formulate effective treatment plans and conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met
- Current Florida License - Licensed Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
- MCAP and/or registered interns will be considered
- Master's or PsyD degree
- 2+ years experience working in addiction/substance abuse and CAP preferred
- Dental insurance
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- Vision insurance
The Therapist will work in a correctional environment and must be comfortable working with this population. The program utilizes a unique treatment platform designed to drive superior patient outcomes and build an efficient and effective paradigm for treating substance use disorder and reducing recidivism within the criminal justice system.
